2012年倫敦時尚學院研究生作品秀在 V&A 博物館的拉斐爾藝術長廊閃亮登場,佳品多多,至真至美。從現代男士西裝巧妙的皺褶應用,到女士服飾中明暗效果的自然凸顯,以及運用鮮亮的粉色和黃色帶出春意盎然的印象,令人目不暇接。

From luxury sportswear, to strong tailoring and shoulder detail, there are a definite few that the fashion world should be looking to. Byung Mun Seo showcased the modern gent through tailored suits with a twist. Tapered ankles and layering were both strong features through out.
Beatrice Newman creations were a mixture of fabulous crochet paired with a little shimmer of dark colour. Creating a glamourous widow look, the shimmer lifted the collection and created a ship wrecked survivor feel at the end.
Mei Tang brought back a little ladylike glamour with pillbox hats and fitted dresses. Matching skirt suits, pant suits and dress using contrasting colour created lovely, wearable designs.
Chika Ito reminded us all that spring was on it's way (hopefully) with bright pinks and yellows infused with slightly deeper tones of mustards, camels and reds. I also predict that we may be seeing this headwear at
The Barouque trend is making a big come back and Jennifer Murray brought it to the catwalk and showed that men can wear it too. With gorgeous suits in sumptuous silks patterns, the use of different materials and patterns made this collections one of my favourites.
Rahul Verma did the exact opposite to Chika Ito and brought everyone back to reality with her floating, white designs. Polka dots ran throughout with flowing fabrics that draped across the body. Running through a colour palette of lights to dark, the polka dots make this collection fun, feminine and desirable.
Charlotte Simpson was hands down my favourite collection. Clean lines, simple designs and amazing embellishment was matched with metallic and a plain palette, letting the designs do all the talking. The intricate beading on the tunics, skirts, jumpsuits and dresses brought such a luxurious element to the collection and just oozed glamour on the catwalk.
TV and radio personality, Lauren Laverne, announced the winners of the two awards presented annually. The Menswear: Collection of the Year award went to Tina Elisabeth Reiter whose modern, fresh and innovative menswear collection was inspired by her Austrian heritage.
